How can I change the color of the print from blue (which doesn't seem to print) to black?

Short answer:
Go into your printer's settings and set it to print greyscale / black and white.

Long answer:
Find and open these in order:
Start > Control Panel > Printers & Faxes
Find your default printer (it has a check mark next to it)
Right click on the printer and choose properties
Switch it from printing in colour to black and white.
Click Apply, Ok, etc
REBOOT YOUR COMPUTER (You shouldn't have to... but you do have to)
Double check that your settings have stayed changed.
