I dont think you will loose youre license, you wer not caught DUI. If it is your first time, see if you could negotiate something or anything and try to be politically nice when doing this. They may ask you to go attend some programs, you may want t to take this road and see if it helps your with the drug problems. If you can afford a lawyer, then you are better off. Good Luck !!! Also, be prepared mentally and physically for the consequences, you know as well as I do that theres a price to pay for this.

I'd bash you but that has been done. I'm not going to tell you not to do the drugs, its your body you should have the right to do so. You had possession, if you were under the influence then yes I could see them taking your license. But if you weren't then they should only get you for possession. But keep the drugs at home, its the safest bet.
Many people believe enforceing the law on drug offenders saves that person life, but as you can see. They see you as scum. If you don't want this to keep happening do something to help legalize it.
