its about a week long audition and what they do is make u audition in front of a panel and act like a character...whatever one they ask u to do without talking....it helps if your really small to play Mickie or Donald or something like that...if ur tall and thin then u can be goofy, Pluto, or even the queen of hearts (male or female) u also need to know how to dance and u have to be strong cuz the costumes weigh a lot! Good luck...all u need is some imagination and a love for Disney :)

No "special" training -- just the standard training of what you can/cannot say and or do. Plus like the others said, you'd have to have good people skills and pass their background check.

I think, though I am just guessing that you need to have good people skills as well as acting and be good with children

if you can wave to someone then your perfect...you're wearing a mask and costume over your entire body so no one will see you.
