That's might be the reason that when downloading , your ISP on and off , so and the documents file or image files were loaded, but not the sound file. So, retart you computer, check your internet speed, if everthing ok, just reload it. should be ok.
The other reason, which we have no way to fix it is the destination file error. So, try to load different song or music from the same site to see what will be

well, i use it too, and some times the music doesnt work well, even there's no sound or it doesnt play properly....well, try to download the same song... but different file... from yr results you'll find the song by lots of names.

the people who u got it from had it silent in the first place or your anti virus prevented it from fully installing as all anti virus thinks limewire is a virus/trojan
