What is commonly known as the "g spot" has been considered the female prostate since Aristotle's time. There is currently controversy about whether or not this is true, but a lot of evidence points that it is.

The structures of each are very similar- both derive from the same embryonic tissue, they're both made of glands and ducts, both wrap around the urethra, and both swell and produce secretions when stimulated. Granted, this is more rare in women, but possible.

PS The Clitoris is similar in embryonic tissue to the head of the penis, and has close to the same number of nerves.
