Somebody called me on my cell and it was a number i didnt recognize. They called me a name and i called them again and they hung up. I NEVER called this person in my life and i dont kno HOW they got my cell number

Some called me on my cell and a name. I called them back and they hung up twice when i said something. I NEVER call this number in my life and somehow they got my number. the 418 is wrong i meant to say 415 which is the first 3 digits on their cell

418 is the area code for Quebec Canada :)
Unless you mean 870 which is Arkansas and the 418 exchange which doesn't seem to yield anything.

Your question is a bit confusing. Are you looking for 418 area code or 870 area with a 418 prefix or a 415 prefix?
870 area code is Arkansas and with the 415 prefix it is specifically in Pine Bluff/Crossett, AR (operated by Alltell Communications[cell phone]).
870 area code does not currently have a 418 prefix.
418 Area code is Quebec
415 Area code is San Franscisco, CA area
