Basically these are one and the same though some countries do differentiate like UK. There all the activities like financing, Mergers and acquisitions, capital structure planning etc; falls under strategic planning and things like analysing competiton, effects of substitutes, entry of new comers etc; forms the corporate strategy.
They also have something called organizational strategy which is basically risk management.
