Why not, it important to remember these or children in need of a home, so what does it matter if the race is different, personally I think those people doing the adopting are admirable and all Americans should set this example, Thanks for asking.

I do not think adopting a child that from a different ethnic group than yours is wrong. All kids want a parent that will love and support them. I just think that if you adopt a child from a different race then you need to learn about their culture. The child needs to understand who they are (culture). If I felt that I could provide a good home for any child than I would adopt them.

i think of that adopting little ones of diverse cultures enriches an entire kin. this happens as long by way of fact the mothers and fathers make an effort to contain a newborn's way of life with theirs and are not afraid to ask for help from the particular way of life of that newborn...working example White mothers and fathers that could desire to understand a thank you to groom and the place to have their Black newborn's hair decrease. There are workshops via some social centers companies that handle a majority of those subjects, yet in simple terms asking others from that way of life is much extra ideal. Honoring yet another's way of life and reaching out for help creates information. with the intention to respond to the question each and every so often love isn't adequate yet love with attempt and undertanding make all in touch extra ideal human beings and advance families. undertake who you choose and can grant for. little ones of a few races have not got adequate families from their very own way of life to look after them so in simple terms leaving them in "the device" should not be an selection. Oh and as black adopting white that happens too for individuals that are no longer paying interest..... Love is colour blind....ultimate needs

I don't think it would matter just as long as the child is loved & taken well care of, there shouldn't be a problem.

I was thinking about when I become an adult & when I get married, I was think since I can't take pain I could adopted children of all races.

I don't know ANY black person or even heard of any that adopt white kids. and I only heard of whites, who are celebrities, adopt black kids.

anyway, people will adopt who they want if they can deal with the issue of having a minority kid as a family member especially if the kid is black.

there was this one family that I knew adopted this korean kid. I used to hang around with his older brother. we had no problem letting his younger adopted brother hang with us.

the family raised him well. he was valedictorian of his high school and is a grad of MIT.

so i guess people who adopt can have normal kids.

but I personally think there would be too many issues with a white parent adopting a black kid, and viceversa.

Well I'm like a 8th white but I'm mostly latino. I don't think it matters. Who cares about race. If you can take care of the kid then adopt it. Race shouild never be an issue.

I'd do it. As long as the parents love the child and raise him or her to be a good and honest person, I see no problem with cross-racial adoption.

Absolutely. What matters most is a loving home, and love knows no boundaries- including race.

i think its ok.....every kid needs parents, doesnt matter what color they are. i think it would be better also if some of these celebrities adopted kids from their own country who actually need parents instead of going half way across the world to adopt babies
