OK..I really enjoy answering and asking questions....but is yahoo answers just a public hate mail site...or a program to help and bring the human species together..I would like your opinion...Thanx

Yahoo is what you make of it. Either you can send hate mail and make people miserable or you can use it for something better. Its entirely up to you.

This site if for people who are bored, people who are looking for true answers, people who have nothing better to do with their time, people who refuse to do their own homework, people who are so ignorant they can't think for themselves to take their pet to a vet if it is injured or ill, and those who are trying to get under peoples skin by asking totally moronic questions or giving moronic answers.
I came here the first time looking for an answer to a specific question and the answers I got were worse than what a kindergartner would have told me.
I don't think it brings anyone together because you have no idea who these people are. The questions about whether a celebrity is getting a divorce or not is just totally idiotic who really cares. It is just the asker not having a life.
Well that is my opinion take it or leave it.

Sometimes I think that there are some serious MORONS out there. I wonder how they can possibly function in life.
The ones that get me the most are the people who ask for computer help on here. "If you don't know how to use or the parts of a computer, then how did you get onto yahoo answers??"

Yes. It brings all sorts of people together. Like society in minature you have some people who are nice & others who aren't so much...
I think Yahoo Answers is great! I'm totally addicted to it! :)
