are delias and alloy owned by the same company?

i just ordered something from them both and the receipts in my email were practically identical. i never knew they were owned by the same company.. have they always been?

they sell similar clothes, but ive never seen an alloy store, so im not sure. it could have been a new ownershio or something like A&F owning hollister and reuhl.
