Yes and to this day I don't know who it was........
He knew where I worked kept saying he was watching me, phoned up and said what I had done the previous night etc and what I was wearing.............
It scared the life out of me, the police got involved and traced the calls which were from a phone box so he was never caught........
Unhinged, but I am a strong person and would not let him change who I was..............He even told me he was gonna rape me

yes. It is rather terrifying. Now I got your curiousity picqued...
I used to work on a ice cream truck on one summer, two years ago. I worked from 2:00 to 11:00pm. When I got off, I would stop at Sheetz (a 24 hour convience store) and get a sub or whatever I felt like getting.
Then this man was there at the checkout talking about how much the gas prices have jumped (they went from like 2:45 to 2.69 in one day). I said to him "It was 2.45 this morning at optima, if you're lucky you can still get the cheap gas".
So, he was like "I'll go there". I thought nothing of it. Then he was there as I was, pumping gas.
I live out in the woods. I never see any cars on the way home that late, ever. He followed me from the gas station and up the highway. I kind of got a funny feeling. Then, up the rural route...that's when I knew something was definitely wrong. So, I pulled over. He kept going, with a sigh of relief, I just pulled out and started home agian. Then I noticed he pulled over too, about a 1/2 mile ahead of me. Now I knew I was being stalked. I pulled into my driveway, praying that he wasn't going down there too. He didn't, thank God. A few minutes later I saw him coming back down the road.
Scary, Scary experience for a 16 year old. Next time it happens, I am driving to the police dept., not home.

Not by a stranger or someone I know, I would hate that to happen to me, it must be really terrifying for people that have been or who are been stalked.

No, but I've been stalked by an ex boyfriend (when I was 22). NOT FUN.
In fact, it's been a decade and he still looks me up on things like Reunion.com. They notify you when someone is looking you up.
Scary stuff. I wish people like that would just drop off the face of the planet.

Yes, when I lived in Phila. I had my brother stay with me for awhile hoping the man would go away,. The night he was caught he was sitting in the tree next to my bedroom window, I lived on the 3rd Floor! I called the Police, they caught him climbing out of the tree.The police ran his record, he was in & out of jail for rape, To this day I believe, I would have been his next victim.This man told the police he had stalked me for 2 months, I never knew, I thought it was just a week, so you never know when someone is watching you!!!!

Yes, when I was a child, this guy used to drive past me in the morning while I was waiting at the bus stop to go to school, he used to drive really slowly and stare at me.
One day, he stopped his car and asked me if he could give me lift to school! YUK!! I was a kid of 12, in my uniform, no make up, no short skirts, no low cut tops, just a kid, a wee girl! Wierdo!!!

Only once... after this I decided to get to know all my stalkers!
Accurate prey identification is a useful tool in poorly lit streets......as are 5 inch claws.
I've said too much......

no, but i bet its not a nice thing to do. people are in trouble as a result of stalking. stay away would be my advice.
