my girlfriend wants me to go out but i don't really want to i feel like being a hermit. what do you reckon?

Plan a nice evening at home for both of you. Tell her that you just want to be alone with her tonight. Make or get some dinner and rent a movie or something. Maybe there's a compromise you can work out where you both have an enjoyable night.

I reckon your girlfriend should find someone who can make his own choices, if she wanted rumpy pumpy would you ask people on here if you should give it to her? My guess is that you would ask on here, but only if you couldn't ask your mum cos she'd gone out and left her mobile phone! LOL ;-)
