You have to have a defination of what a terrorist is before answering a question such as yours.
To me a terrorist is someone who kills or causes great damage while keeping his identity hidden. He is in no national army. He does not wear a uniform of his country. He does not get his orders from any nationally chosen leader. He is not too choosy in who dies so long as he's attempting to kill who he thinks of as his enemy.
So to answer your question, who fits the above defination ? You can recognize them by their greasy beards, the dirty rag on their heads, their shirt tails hanging down to their knees, they scream and burn flags like a bunch of maniacs. they seem to have the IQ of a maggot.
