Whenever the "conqueror" wanted to win over the conquered in order to fight the next enemy. Whenever they needed to make their new Allies strong enough to face the next enemy.

Why have they never gone back and helped clean up Vietnam? The long term effects of agent orange continues to be an environmental hazard causing unacceptable levels of birth defects. Sore losers?

America as we know it has never taken the part of a conqueror, but liberators.

We're probably the only nation in time and history that refuses to conquer a warring faction.

To even suggest as a poster has done that we had little to do in World War II is ludicrous. Perhaps the poster could give his opinions of this to the remaining WWII American veterans still alive.

America did not see any HOLOCAUST.
they did not see their towns getting bombarded from planes.
they did not feel the pain of being chased away from their own towns.

believe me the only shock you guys got was at Pearl Harbor.

You dropped two nuclear bombs on a nation, which is still trying to come out of the after affects of it. All that you claim to do is nothing what you should have done to right your wrongs.

but you self claimed victors didn't stop at that. you divided Germany into 2. Korea into 2. Vietnam into 2.

where was your victorious spirit when a small nation like Vietnam gave you a tight slap.

My suggestion to you. Stop living in a lucid dream. your country has done economic and political blunders all over the world. please stop this madness.

WAKE UP!!!!!!!

How in the world do you think that the US were conquerors in world war 2. They were barely in the war and made no real contribution to the war effort other than a couple of nuclear bombs dropped on Japan. If it wasn't for the Canadians, and the British you would all be speaking German right now.

The American really didnt' contribute that much as it is only involved in the late stage of the war. Many soliders from other countries paid their lives for the peace we have today. It is one of the country that doesn't have to recover much from the war. Since it has the wealth, why not help out others?

Oh so sad another american that believes the propaganda fed to them. So sad that so many men and women from all over the world fought and died for an egotist country to claim they did it on their own!

You bring shame on your nation.
