A company sent me a DVD in the mail. I had no prior contact with this company, and had not ordered this DVD.

In the US? if they don't have an order form with your name on it, it's yours.

I'm not a lawyer, but this is the law. Firms are not allowed to send you merchandise "on spec" and then demand payment. There must be a contract (written or verbal) in existence.

Just make sure somone isn't playing tricks on you and ordering stuff in your name.

You had better turn it in to the Post office because it sound's like mail fraud and you might be charged if not returned!
