my girlfriends on the pill but the doctor gave her sum antibiotics to take she took them for one day which was in her free pill week we had sex arfter that then on october 13 she was surrposed to have her period but she didnt shes took two pregnancy tests since and they say negative shes also seen her gp about it and has to wait another week her body has changed as it did when she had our two sons is she pregnant please any advise would be great as the doctors our hopeless

Get a different doctor. If you have no faith in his abilities, why are you trusting him with your lives?
To answer your question, wait and see. If the tests are negative, chances are she's not. You can sit and worry your **** off all you want but it won't give you a straight answer.
The only other thing you can do, which if you don't have insurance runs about $600, is have your doctor order an ultrasound.
