In the government class I am taking we are having "presidential elections" that are suppose to be like we are running for the President of the United States. I was nominated for one of those people. I have some problems down already like gas prices, illegal immigrants, and healthcare. The problem is I am a little short so I need some ideas on another major problem in America. If you have any ideas that would be great. (make sure to tell me why you said that thanks)

Terrorism will most likely be a big issue in the election.... and if/when we should pull out of Iraq. Education is also always a biggie..... The state of American education is pretty bleak. All the public schools in my state have had funding cut and they have levy's on the ballet almost every year. When they don't pass (and taxes are so high in most of the cities here they rarely do) the schools are forced to cut teachers (leading to increased class size) and limit student resources.

One of America biggest problems is the war...President Bush is driving the usa into bankruptcy and continues to send more troops.
Another problem for the usa is the fact that the rest of the world sees the usa as the biggest threat to world peace and that is a little daunting.
oh and the corruption in your government, sex offenders in the white house
America is in big big, sh*t and the rest of the world is not listening any more
Especially North Korea that there lays a Major Major problem for you guys.

Taxes too high for all who earn an income and they continue to increase. This affects gas prices as well as many other parts of industry/livelihood.
Social Security going to go broke because we continue to give and give from the system. Soon we will have all the baby boomers retiring ....that will continue to add to the problems in Social Security.
