Sliced, steamed then thrown into a hot skillet coated with olive oil. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, paprika, crushed peppers and seasoned. Let the potatoes brown and the vegetables cook. They'll be crisp on the outside, tender on the inside.

Home fries only better.
