Mashed with a good dollop of butter and single cream, only have it like this once in a while but beautiful.

Mashed with plenty of butter and country gravy alongside fried chicken and biscuits.
Or baked with butter and sour cream
Or roasted with lots of yummy herbs.
or fried with honey mustard.

Sliced, steamed then thrown into a hot skillet coated with olive oil. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, paprika, crushed peppers and seasoned. Let the potatoes brown and the vegetables cook. They'll be crisp on the outside, tender on the inside.
Home fries only better.
