Good question. When I got married, and we finally made it up to our Hotel room, we were both exhausted from the day. We did not have sex that night, but we did in the morning.
I am now divorced from my husband, and I am dating another guy. I asked him the same question, and his reply was this: She was too ******* drunk! So, that's two people who didn't consummate their marriage on their wedding night.

Out of all my friends - none of them!
A full day with wedding ceremony, breakfast, speeches, supper, dancing and drink - it's too exhausting!!!
Most people I know hit the sack in their wedding clothes and snore their heads off until the next morning.

hindus are not allowed to have sex on their wedding day. because the bride had to starve for two days before her wedding rituals. after the wedding she has no strength left. also the bride had to go thrugh a thousand other things before they go round the fire 7 times. by the time she hit the bed she collapses with fatigue. but the hindu husband will do it anyway because he's hungry.

I didn't, motel room was given away, went home and had a house FULL of guest sleeping over. Not very romantic, hubby just wanted to sleep
It was a sign of things to come. Married to him for 19 years until last month

Well just about, we were exhausted, it had been a very long wonderful day all we wanted to do was to fall asleep in each others arms by the time we got to bed.

I did.
Although I have heard it's less common these days as couples are so exhausted by the end of the night they just crash out.

Ohhh, I remember it well!!
We didn't - but we did IT in the afternoon, in between wedding and evening reception!
Went to bed that night ABSOLUTELY tired out and we both went straight to sleep!!

how abt doing a survey to find out, i guess nearly 99% will do...those who may not do it do not do it for 2 reasons
1. when they r forced to do an arrnaged marriage
2. when its the period for the woman.
