Yes because any object falling makes a sound. Humans may noit hear it, but some sounds animals can hear like a piece of paper falling. Does that help?

It depends, through studying Rene Descartes one could say that you wont hear it. Hearing being one of your senses, and how do we know we can trust our senses? Example? Sure, You see a mirage in the desert, your eyes have just deceived you no?

In a sense, you answered your own question. "And there was no one to hear it", it would make a sound, but of course no one could hear it.
