I started a business several years ago (less than five) and am interested in switching my business checking account. The new bank needs a fictitious business name statement, but I don't want to pay for another one if I somehow have access to the original. If you know how I can receive a copy of this filing, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks!

If you don't have it on you, you don't have it. You need to go to the county clerk's office and get a copy. Or ask your existing bank for a copy.

I heard this on the archives also, it sounds extraordinary. I presume this is because of zoning rule, and some one called it a "church assembly" of a few kind. The residential part of the residing house likely replaced into no longer zoned as a church. It stems from the authorities eliminating inner most land proprietor rights. right here in a lot of Utah the zoning regulations enable for that to happen, notwithstanding the authorities leaders for the most section are magnificent sufficient to be ready to inform what's a church assembly and what's only a small gathering in a house with acquaintances. thanks for raise the topic, we truly do opt to regain some inner most sources rights, their movements were ridiculous, criminal yet ridiculous.
