Besides the ones that have been mentioned, Sawyer was in an episode of CSI, Boone and Shannon have both been in a movie or two, Walt was in a movie on TNT, Jin was on ER, Locke was in The Cutting Edge, Ana Lucia was in The Fast and the Furious ( I think), Libby was on Guiding Light, and the blonde "other" that is bringing Jack food was on ER.

Locke was in Alias and I think he's been in a few films.
Charlie was in Lord of the Rings and British programme Hetty Wainthrope Investigates (I think it was him - I might be getting him muddled up).
Sayid was also in British programme The Buddha of Suburbia a number of years ago.
Danielle was in Babylon 5.
Sun is a well-established Korean actress, been in many non-English films.
I'm sure I spotted Hurley in a bit-part in the film The Tuxedo - I may be mistaken.

the actor who plays jack was in party of five, sawyer was in an episode of angel, in fact i think it was the pilot episode (dont quote me tho lol) im not sure about any of the others tho...oooo claire was in the remake of the film the hills have eyes..lol very nasty film lol
