She would have had to do a Business Commerce Degree, with her major in Human Resources.

it focuses on recruitment and selection of staff, induction, payroll dimentions,...etc... general staff well being.

That's "what would she HAVE had to study . . ." - not "of had". Sorry! Her degree would probably have had to include modules in employment law, industrial relations, business and management skills etc. There are so many aspects to working in human resources that I am sure it would have been a very full degree, perhaps also including aspects of psychology and stress management.

human resources is the specialization in bachelor of arts in psychology a pre med course ,industrial relation, paranormal,etc. psychology indutrial relation is the integral part to human resource hiring,firing,seliction to become a potential to a certain position in the workplace and to be lead a pesonnel manager.

Business Studies would be the best bet, but she could have used her qualification together with further studies through the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development to have achieved Associate or other status with them.

I'd guess Business Studies with an HR bias. Personally never heard of an HR degree in itself - sounds a bit ropey if you ask me.

workplace regulations, managment of people, psychology,mediation, basic managment to name a few.
Every company has a HR or Personnel dept. They are the people who hire and fire workers, set pay levels, advertise and recruit workers, deal with greviances etc.
