I am looking for a plant.. cant remember the name.. full green leaves.. outlined in white/yellow.. grows well outside.. with little maintenance..

Rubber tree?? not yellow tho.. but grows well with little maintenance

You will have to be more specific, whatever type of plant it is, it sounds to be a varigated variety. There are thousands of plants that meet your discription. If you give details like.....what climate you live in, etc.it may help. What comes to my mind is varigated spider plant or varigated ficus benjamina.

Not enough information to call this one. Try going to a garden centre and have a look around. Might find something even better.

Could it be a Euonymus. They grow like wild fire and can be easily trimmed, sometimes used around foundations but also in gardens.
