anywhere from walmart to the beauty supply- for warning doing these yourself will not last as long as when you get them done at the salon,salons tend to do them extra thick to make them more durable.

Shop at your local store (Wal Mart, Walgreens), for they sell kits that are virtually inexpensive, with easy to follow instructions.
