There are some blinds that you can wash but some you cant,i have some washable ones that i washed last week,i put them in a net bag but during the cool wash the zip broke causing the blinds to wash freely, when i took them out they had frayed slightly down each side.
If i was to wash them again i would wash them in the bath.
If you do wash them, give a short spin and iron them straight from the washer then hang them back up and any creasers are pulled out with the weights, hope this is a help to you

i assume you mean cloth blinds, you can use a dry foam shampoo,it will take some time, but will be well worth the effort, and much cheaper then buying new! you would have to lather it in with a spong or soft brush, it will air dry in a few hours.

My first guess would be to take them out and hose them down. But what I do with mine is I take them out seperatly and clean them each with some multi-purpose cleaning spray and paper towel.
