Sulfuric acid has a high boiling point because it is a very polar molecule. This causes the molecules to become more strongly attracted to each other than in a nonpolar substance, and it requires more energy to overcome that attraction and convert the phase from a liquid to a gas.

High intermolecular forces, including hydrogen bonding, would make the boiling point very high.
A certain amount of auto-ionisation (look it up!) would also increase the strength of these forces.
