It's a village in the Punjab province of Pakistan, and this is how I got the answer.

1. A search using "Kamal Pur Musa" got me the IESCO webpage with villages in Pakistan due for electrification. At the top of the section in which the village appears, it states that this project is part of the Tameer-E-Punjab Programme.

2. A quick check (i.e. a search using the term "provinces of Pakistan") confirmed that Punjab was one of the provinces of Pakistan, and so I had the complete answer.

This actually proves nothing, other than I know how to do searches on the internet. For your part, you should consider asking questions that conform to the following two criteria: (1) you do not know the answer (2) the answer is not easily available on the internet.
