so how was the movie?
for some reason, the movie theatre here isn't playing it yet so i haven't got a chance to see it.
but the commercials look fantastic; great songs, jason schwartzman and sofia c.
but i'm not going to waste money if it wasn't any good.

I haven't seen it yet either, but I DO know that it was BOOed at Cannes. They weren't even booing because of its historical inaccuracies- they were booing because the film was just crap. While I can't say anything one way or the other about the film since I haven't seen it, I can say that I've thoroughly enjoyed the French films I've seen. Do movies like "White Chicks" get booed in Hollywood screenings? I like their approach. :)

Sorry but I have not seen it either but it looks so good!!!!!!! If I were you I would go see it because it is first of all, historical, second of all, fabulous soundtrack, and third of all, it should be interesting because I mean, it was aimed to teens and I don't think that it would be a waste of money.
