This is either an "end justifies the means" question, or one about having a nob that comes to such a fine point that it can articulate the keys on a keyboard.
It is important to have a goal in mind, but the process needs to conform to the protocols of the goal to ensure proper actions. So if you ride an elevator, be careful with your pointy nob during the ride, because the goal is to get to a different floor and you might not get there if you get stuck in the elevator.
I hope that is the deepest philosophy I have to do today.

If you mean nob as in a colloquialism for a wealthy person (short for noble) then no.
If you mean with you old John Thomas then no.
Did you know that one in every two people has a penis - how can something 50% of all humans have be obscene?

Actually NO....
It's not the physical act or the related body part that makes something obscene.
It's your direct intent (did you do it obscenely or mean it to be obscene?) or it's other people's interpretation of your action and intent. The others may or may not find it obscene, I personally find it amusing, original, fascinating and thoroughly talented.
