on shelter for all citizens
on all domestic infrastructure
on relieving poverty in Africa

I probably would have spent it on the same thing for the same purpose. We aren't going to send troops over there with sticks they found in the back yard.

I think that money would've gone a long way to provide shelter and medical care for the people in OUR country!

I'd spend it actually hunting down terrorists. I'd use the change for little things like social security, world hunger and disease.

i would spend it on finding the way to get us off of foreign oil..ie alt fuels,more conservation,elec cars...etc
