Is it really worth it? Do you find the quality consistent for each issue? Are the DVDs usually very good? (I'm considering a subscription for Christmas, and that's why I was wondering. I bought two issues at cover price.) Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't know personally, but I've known people that subscribe to it, and they consider it worth the price. Since you can apparently afford it, I'd say go for it. I wish I could afford a subscription. -_-;

Not anymore. Nowadays the DVDs suck, the magazine as a whole barely has anything of interest, and the centerfolds are always just of ugly, scantily-clad cartoon girls.
In the past it was okay (good DVDs, every single one included posters, postcards, and centerfolds), but not any longer. I suggest saving nearly $100 and picking and choosing when it strikes you at a store.
Not to mention the reviews are all biased and written so they always have a good thing to say. (Much like GTV).
