How can I get my picture that I chose to show up beside the question that I am asking?

IF you have a 360 page you can add a picture to your profile or you can use a Yahoo avatar. SImply go to My Q&A and edit your profile.

Click on my Q&A Then on that page look under your points and level there should be a link that says "edit my info" Click on that.
Once on that page Select "Use my Yahoo! Avatar"
