If you have a Yahoo account then just go to your email and there is an option that lets you find e-mail addresses.

The best way would be to ask them! Not a cent spent. Or, if you'd like the back door, you could trick them into giving it to you, like spammers do. You choice in the end!

Thats personal info, should not be easy to get. Most likely you wont find any services doind that.
