What's the least expensive, but decent, program for simple editing of music?

On the last track of some cds, you know how they let it run silent for 5min, then they have some "hidden track" at the end? I want to cut that 5min out! and reburn the cd.

go to http://www.download.com and search for music editing. You should be able to find a free program.
