use a conditioning holdin spray with sheen in it that doesnt make your hair hard like ultra sheen, dark and lovely or lusters,(spray all over your hair lightly) then roll them wit pins, make sure they feel snug like tight to your head but not too tight, and tie a scarf loosely to cover you hair. str8 perfection when you wake up!!!

In the old days people used to wrap their hair in toilet paper and put a hair net of some sort over it then just fluff it up a bit in the mornings. This was in the 60`s It could still work.

Wrap a silk scarf around your head before you go to bed or put in velcro curlers.

Try wearing a bandana around your head at night, or a shower type cap, maybe even a bonnet type head piece.

I heard that if you use a satin pillowcase on your pillow your hair will not get very messed up and flat.

Try rolling them and hooking bobby pins in them or put the sponge rollers that you can sleep on!

Sleep with your hand holding your head up.
Or upside down hanging from the ceiling like a bat.
