Do you believe in astrology?
How about tarot?
Or casting runes?
Or auspices, haruspicy, bone casting...?
Do you think any form of divination or prediction is valid?

All forms of divination are *valid*, but it also depends on how the diviner interprets what he/she sees. If divinatory methods are used as *tools* NOT as a *means* for obtaining information, it's validated only from what it means to the diviner and applied towards another person or their situation.

"Astromancy" (divination by stars), "astrology", "taromancy" (Tarot cards) or "cartomancy" (playing cards) and "rune-casting", as well as "astragalomancy" (casting bones), etc. has been practiced in one form or another since the earliest times. Each culture around the world has its own variation and form. For example, "dice-casting" (for divinatory purposes) can be cosidered as "astragalomancy" - aka "astragyromancy" - because dice were originally sheep bones or knuckle bones were used with letters and numbers marked on them.

You could also say that seeking answers from the Bible ("bibliomancy") or certain ancient texts ("papyromancy") are forms of divination, as are finding hidden meanings or interpreting dreams ("oneiromancy"). Even the behavioral patterns of animals ("zoomancy") to *predict* weather patterns, changes in environment or alerts to danger may also be considered as valid methods of divination.

I think that most of the forms of divination are valid, it is the one doing the divination that you have to question. Divination is a tool and is only as good as the hand that uses it.

Personally I have done some reading about astrology, that is a big topic and takes years to just get the basics down. And I use the elder Futhark (runes) for divination and they haven't failed me yet.

I believe in astrology, and tarot. I've never really investigated any of the other ones you mentioned.

I pretty much believe that anything is possible through anything. I also believe that some people have gifts that others don't. I do also think that there's a lot of people out there who are shams and out to get money, so it's ruining everyone else's experiences of it.

Yes, there are answers written in the stars and planets of our Solar System.
Yes, there are great and useful truths in astrology but it has a built in fundamental flaw that has yet to be corrected, which is why, as yet, it has failed to meet statistical tests of validity.
Tarot, runes etc. are tools to assit the use of the intuition and, therefore, are valid in the context of human relationships and communication.

And if anyone tries to quote the bible at you to undermine astology, just rememer that it was three astrologers who "followed the stars" that first identified the Christ child; and all reference to astology was edited out of the bible by the Council of Nicea in 787 AD, as it was thought to be undermining the power of the church.

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense. The Psychic Sense.

Anything is possible if you put your belief in it. Life is not the same to all of us, what may be good to me may be bad to you. So in such instances it is better to follow your mind, who knows maybe these divinations may turn out to be true.
