Best song of the two would be Ballroom Blitz by the sweet. Best live performance would be Slade. What used to be the Best Christmas record goes to Slade but its annoying now after all this time. Blockbuster always reminds me of Junior School (good memories) I think Sweet win by default.

Slade but i liked Sweet at the time because Brian Conley was so good looking. He ended up a wreck through drugs and died a couple of years back.He was a complete wreck of a man and it was such a shame to see. ...Slade can belt em out so has to be them.

They were both great in their own way although I'd have to say Slade for the point of answering your question..

Slade were local where I lived. I remember them as skinheads before they went disco. It will have to be slade for me but did Little Willy ever go home? Is that where the videoshop got its name from. Blockbuster?!
