Drag and drop files, from the folder with the downloads to windows media player.

Simple.
Just go to the directory where Limewire stores the songs.
Right click on the file and choose option "Play with Windows Media Player"

Just find the folder wher eyou keep the rest of your music that's in windows media player and then copy the songs from the folder in limewire and paste them there.
