Did you know that an American citizen consumes about 20 times more than a citizen of India. It is very evident that resources are not distributed evenly throughout different countries. The reason why we in America enjoy such luxury roots down to biotechnology, herbicides, and GMO's. I give america about 200 more years before another country truly takes over then I see a quick decline. however I do not see a complete regression in cultural behavrior. we would require an apocolyptical event for us to "go back to the old times"
