I'm going threw a federal case, where I was found guilty for transferring fake ID's to an undercover agent. Now my attorney (public defender) is asking me to cooperate with the government (snitching) to reduce my sentence.

How do they know who is involved in it? Do your time homey if your boys aint get caught, dont you be the reason they do. Let them hold you down, but it sounds to me like you wasn't making no whole bunch of dough if u got a public defender working for you. They work for the state.. feel me. And make sure you have them tape all of your court proceedings. Every tine you go to court the cops story is gonna change. They prosecute people everyday and there is no way they can keep all of their stories straight. If there are any loop holes the public defender JUST AINT gonna find it. Plus what they trying to give you 1-3, plus restitution. They only give bank robbers 10-15 after they do 5-6 robberies. Dont snitch homey... you shouldn't have been selling them in the first place, AND LET SOMEONE KNOW IF SOMEONE IS BEING ABUSED, RAPED, MURDERED, we really got a lot of sick peple in the world.Your people probably wont even send you no commissary either. BUT, they will get caught too. You cant live to hustle. HUSTLE TO LIVE. AMEN.

What you did was wrong, no doubt about it. However, if the federal govt is willing to reward you by reducing your sentence if you identify and testify against other equally guiltly parties, I feel that you would be a fool not to take it. Why should you go to prison for a long time while the other parties go free. They were and are such as guiltly as you and should, also, be punished for their crimes. Do you think they would not give you up if they had been the one caught?
