Umm thanx to all the prayers, but don't pray for me. I don't need any freakin prayers. Does it upset you when people put down that they're praying for you or they hope that god has mercy on your soul? God? Mercy? Soul? HAHAHA. WTF. Dark humored, sorry.
But I get upset when people do that. Do you?

Not really. There are other forms of energy that do their thing and there is no scientific explanation for it. People claim to have prayed for something and they got it. Some claim to be able to see the future, in a sense, and they are usually right. We are only humans and we are flawed but there are other powers which will never be understood by a human. Einstein said that as much as he looked at the universe the more he believed in some power that created the whole thing. So, praying is quite old and sometimes useless but it does its purpose.

They say that they will pray for you because it is an opportunity for them to take the moral high road. Your conversation with them then turns out to be what's wrong with you. It's about power and control and saying "I'll pray for you" makes you look like the bad guy.

I really think its meant as a nice thing so I dont get upset especially if they serve good pickles afterwards.
