You know the ol' gut feeling, chronic "coincidences", seems like the environment is talking to you...yelling at you...but you just keep writiing it off as "coincidence" or over thinking something. How the heck do you really know if your intuition is correct or if you just think too much. How do YOU tell?

Those instincts are there for a reason.

Trsut them. The more you tune into them the easier it gets and the more accurate you wil be.

Its a real leap of faith to trust your instincts over your mind sometimes but its rarely wrong to do so..

That GUT feeling is usually accurate , as long as its not from some other problem...

Like.,... you were in a bank when it was held up and now every time you go past a bank you get the feeling its being held up... something like that

Trust your instincts!

For years I have had a hard time telling the difference between true intuition and thinking I felt it. The only times I have been dead sure it was intuition is when it just popped into my head out of nowhere and then I definitely act on it. Sometimes I over think something hoping I'll get a flash and usually that just defeats the purpose. One other indication of intuition for me is when the same thought keeps popping into my head or pops in there at an inopportune time. If I catch a flash in the middle of something else, when I first wake up, when I'm going to sleep, or when something stressful has just happened - I pay attention! I think maybe then the walls are down to the larger part of my brain that they say we don't really use.

I just tell by plain old experience. I used to have trouble identifying which is which, but I've just paid attention over the years. Thinking is more of a mental exercise...intuition has very little to do with thinking. So if it feels like thinking, it may be just that. But if it feels like something a little different...well, that's something to pay attention to. Just pay attention and give it time.

Your subconscious has registered that something is important, therefore you notice these occurrences more. It's like synchronicity.
