I was watching TV recently, and I saw part of a news flash, about a city that now had marijuana legalized, pretty much the most of what i heard was that people from this city were now able to by marijuana from goverement sanctioned shops without the fear of prosecution.

I don't want or care for posts that don't answer my question, including why this is stupid or not.

I think you guys are misunderstanding my question, the marijuana is not for medicinal purposes at all, it is for recreational.

I think Denver, Colorado. Its amazing the last place you'd think ever trying to legalize marijuana is the one.

California, Oregon and others have approved medical marijuana. Denver is the first to allow it in small amouts regardless of reason

Denver Colorado. It is legal to have less than an ounce, but not legal to buy or smoke it.
