My neighbors constantly complain about my son's music level during the day which is not kept at terribly annoying levels, at least when I am home. They fight constantly, have a baby that screams almost 24/7 and I am about to start calling the police every time. The wife has stolen my laundry detergent, another neighbors quarters and throws clean clothes on the basement floor. She turned off their hot water heater so that they're using up everyone else's hot water!!!! I understand apartment living is not conducive to complete quiet, but you've got to be able to live. I have never once complained about them and they are LOUD. I could go on and on with examples. I know it's petty but I am not in a position to move at this time and would like to know what annoying things I can do to maybe make them want to move.

you should go complain about them. most perfrebly in the middle of the night when they're being loud. or any other time they're being loud. if they live next door be exceptionaly loud. if they live down stairs just drop thigs that would make a very loud noise in the middle of the night. jsut try to keep cool if any thing else.

I think you`ve got to live and let live. Everyones got to make a bit of noise sometime. I think as long as your son is considerate about times of evening with his music then I wouldn`t complain if I were your neighbour.
