Without the long, sad story, it's basically customers trying to get more than they pay for, or using my warranty to "tidy up" I use sighned legal contracts, am specific in what I do and don't do (like be a housecleaner) still, I constantly run into people who want work at a bottom dollar price, and they want the world with it.
Hasn't anyone heard, "you get what you pay for?"
