I don't really care for Bush but I would say that he is smarter than your parrot. even if Bush doesn't know a lot of words your parrot did not go to school.

Does your parrot pronounce those words correctly? Can he say "nuclear" instead of nuke-you-lar? If so, your parrot is considerably more intelligent than Bush.

It has been shown that parrots are very smart birds and can learn to do rudimentary logical tasks. The jury is out for such similar logic in Dumbya.

i don't think your parrot is smarter than bush, but i believe a monkey is. and yes all they animals know whats right and whats wrong, bush doesn't
