I definitely do. I have seen one (at my ex mom in laws home in her bedroom) and I have heard many of them.
The one I saw was when my stepkids were small. They were visiting us, we had stayed in my ex's moms house with them while mom and dad in law were gone for the weekend. I was still in bed but awake. I heard my ex and his kids in the living room. I looked up at the door and saw a tall, skinny, totally black figure/man standing there. He had on a top hat. When I noticed him, he ****** his head sideways, tipped his hat at me, then was gone.
When my ex and I lived in a double wide mobile home, I heard many ghosts. The first was my ex's grandpa that had died there years before. He would walk up and down the halls to check on us (it was comforting to us to have him there).
Another was when my ex's grandma died. She was always cold while alive, so during the summer time, she came in and turned on the heat. Thank goodness we got home when we did as the dogs were trapped indoors in the heat! She would also take the dog food bowls and move them perfectly together in front of the couch, and she would turn on the CD I had in the CD player and turn it down low while we were sleeping. The second time she went to do this, tho, our dog sensed she was there, went to the CD player and was growling, then she chased her outside and she never came back!!
Then we had heard a couple of ghosts outside of our bedroom window talking almost every night. I finally told them that it was time for them to go home, that their time here was thru, and they never came back.
Then there was a little girl that showed up there while I was sleeping. I could hear her talking and singing in our den (what's strange is that NO little girl had ever been there besides my stepdaughter and she is still alive and doing well).
Then, when my ex's mom died, she showed up. She would knock things off of shelves and counters, make pictures crooked, etc. She was always hot while alive, so she had turned on the air conditioner while we were gone! She was always a jokester!!
When my ex and I moved into an apartment, there had been a little girl in there (we never had our own kids) crying and screaming once in the living room.
My mom passed away nearly 7 years ago. She has definitely let me know that she is around by knocking things off of shelves and counters and making her pictures crooked on the walls. She was also a jokester when she was alive!
So, yes, I definitely believe in ghosts. I haven't met a bad one yet, just jokesters, ones that talk a lot, etc.

No I have never seen a ghost,but I believe what people are seeing and calling ghost are really demons.
