Joss Stone, in a way, she doesn't have near the angst. I would just stick with Aunt Janis. She's the original, she's the best...also, Etta James is pretty good. Everything is there, and she was a real blues artist.

Nikka Costa. Her voice is so incredible, so expressive and full of emotion and life - much like Janis' was.
Nikka is often compared to Janis vocally.
