EVERYONE is an employee at will..
Employers employ a lot of techniques to get rid of people. There are warnings & as long as they are on file as having given the employee a warning or two, the employer can fire the person without giving a "REAL" reason. All they have to do is show that the employee was issued a warning or two & they can say what ever they want about the employee not complying, so they were fired.....
There are even employers who will fire someone then to cover their butts, they will have two warnings written up AFTER the employee is gone so they can say... "SEE, WE ISSUED TWO WARNINGS."
